Beach Shots

Most of our days in Maui were spent just hanging around the condo. With a great beach right in front of us and a nice pool just steps away, it just made sense. We did try three other beaches during our trip. One was a disaster since Parker got a fever as we arrived. One was great for snorkeling, but too rough for the kids to truly enjoy. And the third (visited twice) was amazing. (More on that later from Michael.)

Here are some shots from 'our' beach. I think these first ones are from the morning after we arrived. The day we saw whales from our lanais.

I didn't count two beaches that we didn't really mean to go to in the totals above. One, seen here, was next to the park with the big tree so we went to check it out. It was where all the beginnings surfers went since is was shallow way out with lots of breaks. The other was in front of a lunch place which was next to the hotel we stayed at last time we were in Hawaii 10 years ago.
