Back to School Nights

Last week and tonight we attended back to school nights for the kids. We both went to both which was good since Michael sometimes has a different perspective than I do.

In summary, moving to Piedmont was a very, very smart decision for us. Kindergarten will be perfect for the girls even though they are the youngest there. And Parker's teacher is all over making sure Parker gets what he needs while still allowing him to a be 6 year old. The amount of thought and preparation these teachers are putting into their classes is fantastic and evident in all that they do.

If anyone reading this blog is worried about the Oakland schools or paying for private schools, do whatever you can to move to Piedmont. Seriously. It will be one of the best decision you ever make for your kids.
