Didn't take long.

Parker is composing his first piece today. He started practicing about an hour ago even though he already did this morning. I wasn't really paying attention, but when I came out to his room an hour later, he said, "Look mom, I wrote some piano music." I said, "Cool. Can you play it for me?" He said, "Well...it's kinda tricky, but I'll try."

He wrote something that was too hard for him to play. How funny is that?
