Spacey

There were many sad parts about our time in ER yesterday. But there were some funny ones too. Like when the doctor told us that he would start to act "spacey" when they gave him the sedative. They started asking him questions and since he wasn't particularly chatty or responsive before the drug, they couldn't tell if it had taken effect. He just sort of stared at them and they all giggled. I guess most 5 year olds that break bones are louder and freaking out so the difference is noticeable. No one could tell with Parker until his eyes started closing. Michael and I were cracking up until it turned to tears with me and then we left the room.
