An Easy Bribe

Sometimes to get the kids to go to sleep easily for naps, I bribe them. I realize it might not be the best policy, but it works, so sue me.

It's usually something like, "If you kids all go to sleep really well and stay asleep, we can do something fun after naps." Then the kids pick the fun thing we can do.

Today, Parker said as he was getting ready for naps, "If we go to sleep good, we can play in the backyard after naps, right?

Doesn't take much to make him happy huh?
