Fly on the Wall

Today, after about 2 hours of napping, I heard some rumbling in the girls' room. I looked over at the monitor and saw Miranda get out of her bed. She grabbed her blanket and teddy bear, climbed out of bed, and then went to watch Elizabeth who was still sleeping. She stared at her for a few moments and then sat down on the edge of her bed. She then had a conversation with Ed. Then Elizabeth woke up. She climbed out of bed and they both sat on the floor for a while. Then they moved to the chair where they read some books in the dark. Only then did I go in. I probably should have let them alone for a while to see how long they would have stayed in there happy, but the reading in the dark was too pathetic for me.
