After Naps

The girls had a very short nap today, but since they seemed in good moods, I got them up and we had play time while Parker slept. They've discovered the green chair. They like to stand on it and jump. Which is really scary so we pretty much have to keep that door closed now unless we are supervising. Parker woke up in a horrific mood, which sucked because I had realized we have no wipes and we had to go to the store. It took at least 30 minutes to get him to a non screaming place and then even it was touch and go at best. Not even the fail safe promise of "treats" (aka gummy bears) made the screaming stop. And the thing that was most frustrating about all that was that he wasn't even upset about anything specific. Just woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Had Michael been here, it would have been one of those days I meet him at the door and hand off one, two, or three children.
