Let's go to Halloween!

Today we went to a pumpkin patch just outside of Castro Valley. I had seen it every year, but never went before now. It has your standard pumpkin patch items such as...pumpkins, corn, hay, scare crow, and wagons. It also has rides, a train, slides, bouncy things and a giant inflatable pumpkin. Ebba met us there with her kids and we all had a great time.

It was chilly when we arrived, but quickly got hot. Lincoln and Parker wanted to go on the train immediately so while the babies had a snack, they got to ride it, switching seats in the middle to the front of the train. They both looked less than enthused, but as soon as they were done, they wanted to do it again.

After that, we wandered around with the pumpkins. Parker checked out some big ones while the girls found the wagon. For some reason, standing up in things that move is one of their favorite activities.

Then we had some wagon pulling. First Lincoln pulled Parker. Next Lincoln pulled Elizabeth. Then Parker pulled Elizabeth. Then Parker and Lincoln pulled Elizabeth. Then Elizabeth was left all alone.Poor Elizabeth!

I was able to get some close ups of the babies throughout the day.

Then it was time for more rides. Lincoln and Parker enjoyed the bouncy house and then the ball pit fun house. Ebba and her kids enjoyed the hay.

And then everyone got cranky and we headed home.

On the way home, Parker said, Let's go to Halloween again tomorrow! Perhaps we will. Perhaps we will...

Note to G and G: Thanks for the shirts! We felt very festive today!
