Power

A friend loaned me a DVD player for the car ride down yesterday. She gave me headphones, the battery pack and a power outlet for the car. Unfortunately, it all died after about 20 minutes on the road since my outlet was not working and the battery didn't last long. I thought Parker would throw a major fit, but he didn't.

Today, I called the Nissan place to ask what is would cost to repair the outlet. The nice guy on the phone told me to check the fuses (who knew?). So I did. Replaced one and now it works great. I wish I had known all that on the way down. Ah well. Live and learn.
