Vacaville

We took the kids to vacaville today which is a small town about 45 minutes north east. My good friend Val lives in Sacramento now so we thought meeting half way to hang out would be a good idea. Especially since there is a little kid amusement park right next to the outlet malls. She had another baby (Elijah) about year ago and I don't get to see her as much as I'd like these days.

After a couple stops to yell at the kids for teasing each other and to help Miranda poop, we arrive slightly late to freezing temperatures. Luckily we had prepared this time and were all set.

We got Parker an unlimited ride ticket and regular tickets for us (a mistake as I had to go back many times for more tickets). Parker was in heaven as they had an honest to goodness roller coaster for him. He rode it 5 times.

We ate our lunches on the floor in the game room as it was the only warm spot and Parker, with some help from Dad, racked up 62 tickets from games including skeeball (he can actually roll it up the ramp, but it always goes in the 0 point hole...he is thrilled!) that allowed him to get some really cheap crap.

The girls were able to do many of the rides which was a nice change and Michael was real sport when Parker wanted to do the disgusting spinning balloon ride over and over. I would have barfed up everything had I had to do it again.

Parker fell apart when it was time to leave (even after we had a long discussion about what his last ride would be) and the girls were losing it too due to lack of naps. After a quick stop at In n Out, we made it home exhausted.
